I'm Carlos, a private chef based in Nosara, Costa Rica. I trained at culinary school in Barcelona and spent years cooking in restaurant kitchens across the world, before making Nosara my home in 2013.

Since then, I've cooked in homes and villas from Playa Guiones along the Guanacaste coast: for families on vacation, wellness retreats, weddings and celebrations of every size. My menus are built around fresh local ingredients, and every one begins with a conversation about who you're feeding, what you love, and how you want the day to feel.
